Quotes & payment

Quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to availability until paid. Orders are confirmed when payment is received in full by Zelle, wire transfer, or cash. Prices on this site are estimates at today’s tier table; every order is confirmed against live inventory and exact heights before payment.

Scheduling & delivery

Standard delivery is the next business day after payment, subject to route capacity; we confirm your window the day before. Large orders (300+ plants) may be scheduled across multiple deliveries. Delivery includes unloading to accessible ground at the delivery address; the customer is responsible for access (gates, weight limits, HOA rules). We deliver and unload; we do not install, and we’re happy to refer independent installers.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Full refund if you cancel before your order is loaded. Once loaded or in transit, delivery fees are non-refundable; plants may be returned to stock with a restocking review. One free reschedule with 24-hour notice.

Inspection & claims

Please inspect your plants at delivery and note any issue on the delivery ticket before signing — issues noted at delivery are resolved with replacement plants or credit at our review. Damage claims with photos within 24 hours of delivery are reviewed case by case. Because plant survival depends on site, planting, and care we don’t control, we do not offer a survival guarantee — we do provide a written care guide with every order.

Farm visits

By appointment on business days, 8:00–4:30. Our street address is shared once an appointment is confirmed.

Privacy — what we collect and why

When you use our forms, calculator capture, WhatsApp, or phone line, we collect the contact and project details you give us (name, phone, email, ZIP, quantities) for exactly one purpose: quoting and fulfilling your order and following up about it. We don’t sell or rent your information. One-to-one messages from us always identify who we are, and “stop” or “remove” ends them immediately. Our website uses basic analytics to understand what pages help people; no ad-tracking pixels at this time.
